1. Eligibility

·         18 years or above (if you are a woman) or 21 years or above (if you are a man);

·         Legally competent to marry as per the law applicable to you (however you may register on our Website/WAP/App by stating "Awaiting Divorcee"), and Not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law for time being in force.

·         In case you are a Registrant of the prospective bride/bridegroom and has created profile in RM REMATCH Website/WAP/App on behalf of them or is accessing the RM REMATCH

Website/App on behalf of them implies that you have taken their consent for their profile creation in RM REMATCH and for accessing the RM REMATCH Website/WAP/App.

2. Account Responsibility

·         You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

·         You agree not to impersonate another person or provide false information.

3. User Conduct

·         You agree to use RM REMATCH for lawful purposes only.

·         Harassment, abuse, or any form of offensive behavior is strictly prohibited.

·         You must not post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene ,or violates third-party rights.

4. Content Ownership

·         You retain ownership of the content you post but grant RM REMATCH an on-exclusive license to use it for platform operations.

·         RM REMATCH reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

5. Termination

·         RM REMATCH may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms or engaging in fraudulent or harmful behaviour.

6. Limitation of Liability

·         RM REMATCH is not responsible for the accuracy of user profiles or the outcome of any relationship formed through the platform.

·         We do not guarantee marriage or compatibility.

7. Modifications

·         RM REMATCH reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

·         These terms shall be interpreted and controlled by the laws of the jurisdiction where RM REMATCH conducts service.

9. Subscription Fees

· Certain services offered by RM REMATCH need an annual subscription fee. The subscription is valid only for one year. By subscribing, you agree to cover all applicable fees for the chosen services.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

· Once paid, the registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

11. Synthetically Generated Information (SGI)

“Synthetically Generated Information” (“SGI”) means any audio, visual, or audio-visual content that is generated, manipulated, modified, or altered using artificial intelligence, machine learning, Algorithmic processes, or similar automated technologies, including but not limited to deep fakes, synthetic media, manipulated videos, or AI-generated images, as defined under applicable law.

i. Prohibition on SGI

Users shall not upload, publish, transmit, or share any content that constitutes Synthetically Generated Information (SGI) on CM. Any attempt to submit such content shall be deemed a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate removal of content, suspension or termination of the user account, and/or reporting to competent authorities, as required under applicable law.

12. Disputes between Members

A. RM REMATCH Members are solely responsible for the communications (through any medium) with prospect or vice versa. We RM REMATCH expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for any monetary transaction(s) or exchange(s) or interaction(s) or passing of information(s) etc. between any RM REMATCH members inter se via e-mail, chat, interaction, Whatsapp or any other medium of communication between RM REMATCH members either using website /WAP/App or otherwise.

B. RM REMATCH has no obligation, to monitor any such disputes arising between the RM REMATCH members, and We RM REMATCH shall not be party to any such dispute/litigation etc.

C. We are RM REMATCH is not a broker or the agent of any RM REMATCH member, and RM

REMATCH does not partake in the exchange of any kind of discussion between the RM REMATCH members and prospects or the results of their discussion.

D. RM REMATCH will not be liable in case of any wrong/improper match made due to unavailability of profiles from RM REMATCH MCL's owned other websites.

E. RM REMATCH or its office bearers shall under no circumstances be liable, if any, for the RM REMATCH member entering into financial transaction with any other RM REMATCH Member or any third party.

F. RM REMATCH or its office bearers shall under no circumstances be liable, if any, for any RM REMATCH members not responding/reciprocating when you approach them for matrimonial alliance.
